The House

Built in 1912. Restored with respect.

Architect Karl Hofmann designed the villa in 1912 as his family home. It is now a protected historic monument. The most recent restoration was completed in 2020. Artist-blacksmith Christian Traubel reinterpreted gates, railings and fittings by hand.
